Trust me man. I just finished watching all of Ergo Proxy and I personally thought it was good, story wise and psychologically. I think you will not be disappointed, however, there are one or two episodes that might be not to your standards, but I highly suggest that you watch it.
Hint: you might miss something if you don’t.
Also, just another reason you should watch this is simply because Re-l is just one bad ass chick.

just finished watching Elfen Lied, Gungrave, and Samurai Champloo and all three of these animes just blew me away. Planning on starting this one and Trigun… hope I can keep my streak of badass shows rolling.

Why would you compare Samurai Champloo to this? They are way different. I didn’t watch Ergo Proxy because its animenewsnetwork rating wasn’t that high (ranked #247), but this trailer looks amazing. Maybe I’ll check it out afterall..

I understand what u means but for me, my opition that i chose ergo proxy because i did watched 3 episodes of sc but after that i had almost no effort to contitune but the fighting scene was awesome ^^ but something in ergo proxy, something that made me want to watch it even orginially i accutaly never are into those kind of genre but this one, something unique hard to explain.

i’m barely only on episode 4, i must said that this anime is truly a masterpeice with amazing art, and i’m glad that the writer who wrote this also wrote eureka seven! =D

Ergo proxy is great, but relative to genre SC wins
